It was announced by the Ministry or Justice on 1^st February 2018 that the Office of Public Guardian’s (OPG) were launching a Fee Refund Scheme.

For those who registered a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) or Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) may be entitled to claim a refund for their application fee.
